How can I join the COLLIN CLUB?

 

Simply create a customer account and you will automatically be registered to join our program, or you can join by using our COLLIN CLUB loyalty program widget at the bottom right of your screen.  

You can create a customer account by clicking the "Sign Up" button, located at the top of the page, or by clicking here. Then you will either be asked to log in to your existing G.M. COLLIN account or to create a new one.

 

Does it cost anything to join the COLLIN CLUB?

 

Joining the club and earning and redeeming points is completely free. You can earn points with every order made on our website, as well as through the other actions listed on this page.

 

How do I earn points?

 

You can earn points with every order on our website, as well as through the other actions listed on this page. You must be logged in to earn points.

Please note that you can receive 25 points per review for a maximum of 3 products every 30 days.

 

What can points be redeemed for?

 

Your points can be redeemed to obtain discounts on your gmcollin.com purchases. The savings you will receive are broken down as follows:

200 POINTS = $5 discount on your order

400 POINTS = $10 discount on your order

800 POINTS = $20 discount on your order

 

How does the Refer a friend program work?

 

Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with us before and who does not have an account with us. When you refer a friend, they get a $5 discount on their first purchase, and you will get 500 points when your friend makes a purchase. To access your unique link, once logged in, simply open the COLLIN CLUB launcher and scroll down to the referral section. You can copy the link and send it by email or share it on Facebook.

 

How do I check my points balance?

 

Ensure that you are signed in to "My Account." Your account balance will always be visible on your account page, as well as on the COLLIN CLUB widget, once you have signed in.

 

When are new points added to my account?

 

Once you have finished a points-eligible action or made a purchase, the points will automatically appear in your account.

 

How can I use my reward discount?

 

You can redeem your points on our payment page during checkout by entering the reward code in the "promo code" field, or at any time in the COLLIN CLUB widget.

 

Can I combine my reward discount with another promotion?

 

Unfortunately, no. Only one promo code at a time can be applied.

 

Can my points expire?

 

Your points balance will expire if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 2 years. This only applies to customers who have been inactive for 2 years. Customer points will expire each day on a rolling basis if they have not earned or spent points within 2 years of earning them. A notification email will be sent as a reminder, 30 days before they are set to expire.

 

What happen to my points if I make a return?

 

When a product is returned, the points earned from its purchase will be deducted from your overall balance, as if you never made the purchase, in the first place.

- G.M. COLLIN reserves the right to modify or change rewards, at any time
- You must create an account and be logged in to accrue points
- Points can only be earned or redeemed online at gmcollin.com
- Points can only be redeemed once
- Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash or credit
- Points cannot be transferred
- Rewards cannot be combined
- Only one reward at a time can be used per transaction
- Birthday date should be entered at least one month before, to receive your voucher.
